If I miss my HighWay bus I booked on line due to flight or train delay, should I still have to pay it at the ticket counter and pay again for the next bus?

You do not need to pay for the bus you missed.
However, you may not be able to get on the next bus if there are no seats available. If you already know that you will take the next bus, you may want to book the bus in advance just to be safe. Even if you have two reservations, you do not need to pay for the unnecessary one. I hope this make sense.
