Unfortunately, the only way to confirm your reservation is to call the ticket office at +81-3-5376-2222 if you booked your ticket through the English reservation website http://highway-buses.jp/ at the moment. To confirm your reservation, you will be asked the phone number you used to make the reservation since the phone number is the reservation confirmation number.

However, if you made the reservation through the Japanese reservation website, you can confirm from the same site as mentioned in the previous comment.

I will suggest two options that you might be able to confirm your reservation.

1. Call +81-3-5376-2222 if you are outside Japan or 03-5376-2222 if you are in Japan.

The Highway-buses.jp website says "English is available" with these numbers. I think they will put you through to an English speaking operator when you call these numbers.

2. Try the confirmation page below, which is written in Japanese.

You can fill in the blanks on the right side (not on the left).
Please enter the following information from the top.
バス便番号: Bus Number (not necessarily required)
乗車日: Boarding Date (required) -> 2016/07/19 or 20
電話番号: Phone Number (required)
姓（セイ）: Last Name (required) -> Reddy
名（メイ）: First Name (required) -> Bhoopal
*The telephone number must be 10 or 11 digits without hyphens, brackets or spaces.
