Hi there,

The bus leaves from Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal (also called Busta Shinjuku), located at New South Gate in Shinjuku station. The bus terminal is located on the 4th floor, so please use the escalator outside the New South Exit to go to the bus terminal.
