I reserved a bus ticket on HighwayBus.com and got the reservation details. It says to show this reservation copy at terminal and get the boarding tickets. But it donot contain any reservation number. Is this fine or is there a mistake? I also did cross check at Lawson, where we can buy tickets, they said reservation number is required. Now I am confused and just got a day more. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi there,

You do not need to bring your reservation copy to get the boarding ticket. All you need is your phone number you used to make the reservation. Your phone number is the reservation number, so please just tell the clerk your reservation phone number to pick up the ticket.
