Hi, I have a confirmed reservation from Shibuya to Kawaguchiko but was not able to print a copy. Is my reservation still ok? I cannot seem to go back to the reservation page.

Hi There,

Your reservation should be still OK as long as you do not cancel your reservation. You also do not need to print out a copy as long as you remember the phone number you used to make a reservation since the phone number becomes your reservation confirmation number. When you pick up your ticket at the ticket office in Shibuya, please tell the staff your name and phone number.
