for highway bus online reservation going to kawaguchiko then 5th station do i have to make 2 separate reservations? also i want to reserve for 14 people but it is only letting me reserve for until 5

As you said, you can only make a reservation for up to 5 people at once online.
If you would like to book for 15 people, please make 3 separate reservations.
Otherwise, you can also make a phone call to the reservation office at 81-(0)3-5376-2222 to make a reservation for 15 people at once.
