I already canceled my reservation of the highway bus from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko Stationbut but I did not really sure that the bus number that I inserted was the right one or not because I lost my reservation ticket.
Do I have to call to the office or not?
I already made my new reservation as well, do I have to pay any charge if the cancellation is fail?
