Please double check if your phone no. has been inputted 10 or 11 digits.
If not, add 0 first or erase to adjust.

I think there're 2 possibilities.

1. Please try input "Christina" only in First name.
2. Input your phone no. w/o "+" , just Number Only if you are included.
