Hello Mae,
The Fujigoko Enjoy Ticket can be purchased at the bus terminal in Shinjuku.
Seat reservations for the bus can be made made on the Highway Buses website
( https://www.highwaybus.com/gp/foreign/frgSelectLine?lang=en ), and then when you go to the bus terminal to pay you tell them that you want the "Fujigoko Enjoy Kippu".
