Hi, I plan to go to Lake Kawaguchiko from Shinjuku for a day trip. May I know where I can collect the bus tickets after online reservation is made? Is it necessary to collect days in advance or on the departure day itself? Thank you!

You can collect your ticket at Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal.
Visit Manned ticket office or Automatic ticket machine inside of the building.

You can collect either on the day or in advance for both ticket, can collect in the same time.
