hi..i am going to shibazakura festival this 1st of May. I planned to go via bus route from shinjuku expressway bus terminal to kawaguchiko station. Knowing that it is the peak season, should I buy the bus ticket in advanced? or can I just buy the ticket there on the same day?

There is a phone no. but in your case I think email would be better because they might have to know exact spells of your name and reservation no.
