hi, i tried to book for a bus from Shibuya Sta.(Shibuya Mark City) to Kawaguchiko Station, but im unable to proceed. i only have a singapore number but it kept saying Reservation could not be completed.

i want to book on 2nd april 2017 on 0830am.
