I tried reserving seats for 2 people for a round trip from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko station for the 28th but I keep getting a message that says that "Reservation could not be completed", no matter what time I choose (and I already checked that my name didnt have any spaces). Is there a phone with English speaking service I can call to make the reservation instead?

Hi.It seems like there are still a few seats available on December 28th. One more thing you can check is that the telephone number must be 10 or 11 digits. (If the number is less than 10 digits, please put a "0" first). I cannot think of any other reasons why your reservation does not go through. Which bus are you trying to book?
