Ask or answer to the questions about traveling in Japan
We intend to take express bus from Shibuya Mark City to Karuizawa to stay for 2 nights on 29 Sep and departs for Kusatsu Onsen to stay another 2 nights on 1 Oct. Will be back to Tokyo city on 3 Oct. Kindly advise if there is a round trip bus ticket that we can buy and if we can purchase on the very day of departure or we have to book them in advanced. Thank you.

Buses from Shibuya to Karuizawa are relatively not so crowded, so you may not need a resetvation, but it is always better to have a reservation to secure your seat.
Round trip tickets are available between Shinjuku and Kusatsu or between Shinjuku and Karuizawa, but in the cade of your itinerary, you will need to buy one way ticket for both ways.
Kusatsu is known for the No.1 hot spring town in Japan.

I'm sorry that there're no round trip package nor the discounts for your trip.
but there're buses which wii be able to take from/to of your trip.
all are available booking via online, highway-bus.com.
I strongly recommend you to book in advance since it'll be the best season of beautiful autumn leaves and hot springs.
you can correct your tickets at Shibuya for all destinations.
also, cash and credit card payment available at the office in Shibuya, or online in advance(credit card only in this case).
