Hi there,

There are taxi service anywhere in Japan. However, it would be very expensive from Odawara to Kawaguchiko station.

If you are going to Kawaguchiko and Hakone from Tokyo, Fuji Hakone Pass might be the best way to get around that area.

If you just simply want to move from Odawara to Kawaguchiko,
you can take a bus and train to go from Odawara to Kawaguchiko as well.
It would be cheaper than taking a taxi.
