I will visit Tokyo with 4 years old on next month and planning take high way bus from shinjuku to Fuji-Q Highland,I just want to confirm that should I need purchase ticket as child for him? Thanks.

I would suggest that you purchase a ticket for your child for safety and comfortable ride.
The kid's fare is half the price of the adult's.
