hello so already reserved tickets online from highwaybus for 7000 yen and then made a cancellation
They sent me an email regarding the cancellation and said that they will refund 6600 yen (7000yen-400yen for cancelltaion fee) but they charged my credit card again (400 yen for cancellation fee)
can someone answer why highway bus charge my credit card again when they said they will refund 6600,if they charged my card they must refund 7000 yen right?

Hi there,

Highway bus send you an email regarding refund to tell you how much you will be refunded once your reservation is cancelled.
Then, your credit card company will refund you the total price you have paid once and then charge you the cancellation fee afterwards.
You are not going to be charged twice. So, do not worry.
