I bought overnight bus ticket from Shinjuku to Osaka. How many luggage, the size, and weight can I bring with me? Is there a site that have this information?

There are no limitation to the number, weight or size of luggage you can bring in the bus as long as there are enough space in the bus compartment.
It is a first come, first served basis.
So, I would suggest that you go the boarding place early.
