Hi, I've already booked my tickets from Shinjuku Terminal to Kawaguchiko station. I cannot find my booking when I tried to retrieve it online. Tried every possible ways. Can I go to the counter and get them to re-issue me the tickets?

I'm experiencing the same issue.
My bus is at 10:45 AM tomorrow (28th Dec), i tried multiple options to download my ticket, but couldn't. Keep getting the same error -

Can I walk to the bus stop with the ticket confirmation email?

Please make sure to enter all the information correctly to retrieve your reservation.
Please check to see if there are unnecessary spaces between names.

If you have received a confirmation email, you can print out your ticket from the URL attached to the email if you have chosen a web ticket.
