I have bought the Kobe Cityloop one day ticket today but only used for twice. The bus driver rejected me to take on the bus when I try to enter at Harborland (MOSAIC) [CL2]. The bus driver spoke in Japanese but cannot in an English. We confused and didn’t understand what he said. What is the hidden rules of this ticket? Isn’t it a one day bus and can get on and off in different stops within one day. The experience was not good.
