Does the Fujigoko Enjoy Ticket includes the round trip of the Keio Highway bus from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko? Can i make on-line reservation for the Highway bus first then pay the Fujigoko Enjoy Ticket during the pick up? Can I also pay and collect ticket 3~4days in advance?
